Individual Psychotherapy

In individual psychotherapy, Alicia uses a combination of AEDP, psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT, Gestalt, and Focusing techniques to increase awareness and work toward healing and change. Whether the main issue is a breakup, marital problems, an emotional or sexual affair, repetitive conflicts in a couple, depression, anxiety, grieving, relationship problems, or obsessive compulsive thinking and behaviors, her approach centers on helping you contact and process previously threatening emotional experiences in a safe environment, which in turn frees up inner resources for growth and change.
